My name is Tyler Veal and I started Eat Fish Company out of my love for catching, cooking, and eating fish from waters around the world.
From Hawaiian Ahi to California Halibut, from Mexican Dorado to Florida Grouper, I've seen firsthand that the best fish isn't just caught — it's cared for by small-scale fishermen who take pride in every detail.
Since the ocean is always shifting, I keep up with that change to deliver the freshest, most cared-for seafood directly to your kitchen while supporting the fishermen and communities that make it possible.

"Starting my career on the sportboats of Southern California the main objective was end of the day numbers, limits of this, high per rod average on that - fish were most often kept in burlap "gunny sacks" occasionally sprayed with the deck wash hose throughout the day."

How fresh is the fish?
Our fish is typically caught within 24-48 hours of delivery. We work directly with local fishermen and maintain a cold chain from boat to your door. Every fish is hand-selected for quality and freshness at the dock.
Will you deliver to my area?
Yes! We deliver across the whole US to every state. We use specialized cold-pack shipping and work with trusted logistics partners to maintain freshness throughout the entire delivery process, no matter where you are.
What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
Our packages are insulated and can safely sit outside for up to 4 hours. We'll send you tracking notifications so you know exactly when to expect delivery. You can also leave delivery instructions or arrange to have packages left with a neighbor.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You have full control over your subscription. Pause deliveries when you're traveling, skip a month if your freezer is full, or cancel anytime with no fees or penalties. Manage everything through your account dashboard.
